Shipping Policy / 配送ポリシー

1. Shipping Carriers / 配送業者

We ship worldwide via EMS (Japan Post) or UPS.
・USA: Ships via UPS Worldwide Saver (or from US warehouse).
・Other Countries: Ships via EMS (International Express Mail Service).
世界中へEMS（日本郵便）またはUPSにて発送いたします。米国宛はUPS（または米国倉庫）、その他の国はEMSを利用します。

2. Handling Time & Shipping Days / 発送日について

We usually ship within 1-5 business days after payment is confirmed.
・We ship on weekdays only (Monday - Friday).
・Closed on weekends and Japanese holidays.
・Stock confirmation may take 2-3 days depending on store inventory.
代金決済完了後、1〜5営業日以内に発送いたします。土日祝日は定休日です。店舗間での在庫移動が必要な場合、確認に2〜3日いただく場合がございます。

3. Inventory Note (Important) / 在庫に関する重要事項

Since we also sell items in our physical stores in Nakano Broadway, in-store sales take priority. In the rare event that an item becomes out of stock after your purchase, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund immediately.
中野ブロードウェイの店舗でも同時販売しているため店頭販売が優先となります。万が一在庫切れとなった場合は注文をキャンセルし速やかに全額返金させていただきます。

4. Tracking & Packaging / 追跡と梱包

・Tracking: All shipments include a tracking number.
・Packaging: We take great care in packaging. Items are wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes.
すべての発送に追跡番号が付帯します。商品は緩衝材で丁寧に包み、頑丈なダンボール箱に入れて安全にお届けします。

5. International Buyers - Customs & Duties / 関税について

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
関税、消費税、その他の輸入手数料は商品代金や送料には含まれておらず、お客様（購入者）のご負担となります。

6. Estimated Delivery Time (Transit Time) / 配送日数の目安

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time for each region is as follows:
・United States (UPS): 7 - 14 business days
・Asia (EMS): 5 - 10 business days
・Europe (EMS): 10 - 20 business days
・Other Regions (EMS): 10 - 20 business days
発送完了後、各地域への配送日数の目安は以下の通りです。
・米国（UPS）：7〜14営業日
・アジア（EMS）：5〜10営業日
・ヨーロッパ（EMS）：10〜20営業日
・その他地域（EMS）：10〜20営業日

7. Estimated Shipping Costs / 送料の目安

• USA & Canada: Approx. ¥3,500 - ¥6,000 (Calculated by weight)
• Europe / UK: Approx. ¥3,500 - ¥6,500
• Asia: Approx. ¥2,000 - ¥4,000

*Actual shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.
