As a general rule, we do not accept returns or cancellations for customer convenience (such as minor box damage). However, if the item is defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the description, we accept returns and issue a full refund within 7 days of delivery. (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.) 商品の性質上、お客様都合（箱のイタミや軽微なキズ等含む）による返品・交換・キャンセルはお受けできません。ただし、お届けした商品が「不良品」「ご注文と異なる商品」「商品説明と著しく異なる商品」であった場合に限り、商品受取後7日以内にご連絡をいただければ全額返金対応いたします。（その際の返品送料は購入者様のご負担となります。） |
