Stock Availability / 商品在庫について
Since we also sell items in our physical stores, in-store sales take priority. In the rare event that an item is out of stock, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
中野ブロードウェイの店舗でも同時販売しているため、店頭販売が優先となります。万が一在庫切れとなった場合は、注文をキャンセルし、速やかに全額返金させていただきます。
Shipping Schedule / 商品出荷日について
We usually ship within 1-5 business days. Shipping is available on weekdays only. Orders placed on Friday may be shipped by the following Thursday. Please note that it may take up to 10 days if items need to be transferred between our store locations.
通常1～5日で発送いたします。発送は平日のみとなります。金曜日に注文された場合は翌週の木曜日以降の発送になる場合がございます。商品によって店舗間移動が必要な場合は、10日ほどお時間をいただく場合がございます。
Returns and Exchanges / 商品の交換および返品
The item box may have minor scratches or dents. Please understand this before purchasing. We do not accept any returns or exchanges.
外箱に凹みやイタミがある場合がございます。あらかじめご了承の上、ご購入をお願いいたします。商品の性質上、返品・交換・返送はいかなる場合もお受けできません。
