The item box may have some minor wear or damage. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about the perfect condition of the box. 

Please note that as a general rule, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for customer convenience (including minor box wear). All sales are final, except in cases where the product is defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the description. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at hug@hug-communication.com within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

当店では、お客様都合による返品、交換、返送はお受けできません。ただし、お届けした商品が「不良品」「誤配送」「商品説明と著しく異なる商品」であった場合に限り、商品受取後7日以内に hug@hug-communication.com までご連絡いただければ、全額返金対応いたします（その際の返品送料は購入者様のご負担となります）。
